Patient ok.
WR home.
Cat purrs.
Sun shines.
All is well (mostly).
(edit 3)
Heading out to bring home the patient.
This is not likely to end chaos.
It will just change the nature of the chaos.
(edit 2)
Progress in a leap.
The patient is conscious
and impatient
demanding cups of tea (not yet)
and a wrist-watch.
Even the obsessed by time don't need a two foot across wall clock *and* a watch.
Soon I expect his bed-notes to include "N(fS)" ie Normal (for Somerset)
;-)

(edit)
It will be at least another 10 days.
If I get sick, someone fly me to Taunton.
The standards of care and Caring are like nothing I've ever seen.
-----
I shall be absent for a while.
It may be a day, it may be rather longer. It all depends on whether and how quickly the down-country docs can fix my brother.
Where's House when you need him?
Caro's in charge - so you lot had better behave! |
